C.G. Jung – synchronicity two psychic events happen together, because of a conjunction of meaning not causality. The physical world is a visible manifestation of the collective unconsciousness – which is psychic, ‘mind stuff’. Synchronicity would be a coincidence of a mental and physical state. The causal and mental states are apart, but they overlap because of meaning, correspondence of form. What we concept as the mind of nature, if we can, expresses itself in primordial ways, there are harmonics, resonant frequencies, so a certain template, pattern or behavior of nature, these can overlap with the mind. We humans disassociated ourselves with the mind of nature, so we can merely co-inside with only part of it. The overlaps patterns are called ‘archetypes’ by Jung are overlapping events : rebirth (the self / child), nourishment (the great mother), overcoming (the hero), cycles of light and darkness (the shadow), individuation and the wholeness (the journey) etc’.
We can say, they way we conceptualize time, changes our consciousness, changes the reality we live in, and in this day, our self awareness of history through the evolution of knowledge and technology made man so powerful (what is actually powerful ?) to be able to influence its whole ecosystem, environment, with the increase of population and inhabiting the world in the ford we are doing it today.
